Upon initiative of the municipality of Tbilisi and the company Altervision Group, to Georgia has arrived with a visit the president of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammy Awards), Neil Portnow. President of the NARAS has taken part in the 5th Local Economic Development Forum, which was held in Tbilisi. Neil Portnow made a presentation at the forum, concerning protection of musical copyrights.
He also spoke about the necessity of integration of Georgia into the international music industry. Within the frames of the visit, Neil Portnow also visited the studio Bravo Records. He expressed satisfaction and admiration after a tour of the studio, which has equipment that is up to international standards.
