On the 5th of October, on the Europe Square, with the support of Tbilisi Center of Cultural Events, Bravo Records held a debut album presentation concert of Oto Nemsadze. Concert consisted of two parts. In the first part Oto performed all the album’s music compositions and was accompanied by Zviad Bolkvadze, Zurab Mosiava and group Newton. In the second part Oto performed duets with various famous singers and was accompanied by Bravo Band. Concert was led by the highest-rated Georgian soup opera – My Wife’s Friends character- Kote Tolordava (Dito).
Oto Nemsadze is the winner of famous Rustavi 2 music project Geostar (2010). Financing the debut album for Oto was the project’s general sponsors – Geocell present. Music business company Bravo Records is realizing the recording and publishing of Oto’s CD album.
The idea of album’s music conception was born after one of Geostar tours, where Oto performed a song – Snow. This idea meant a new kind of performing of Tbilisi’s honorable citizen’s, Otar Ramishvili’s songs. Contemporary and very original arrangement of Otar Ramishvili’s famous music compositions was made by a very talented musician Zviad BolKvadze.
The album – Sea of Thoughts consists of Otar Ramishvili’s 10 best music compositions. Oto was honored to perform unfortunately a last duet with Otar Ramishvili on the song Snow which, additionally, was included as a bonus music composition in the album. Oto’s voice timbre and art of performing have made these popular music compositions with their contemporary arrangement more attractive to today’s youth.
