Eurovision Song Contest is an annual competition which is held between active members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Each member country selects and presents a song, which has to be performed live on television, and then gives its votes to performers from various countries, in order to identify the most popular song of the year.
On May 14, in Dusseldorf, there was held the Eurovision final contest, in which Georgia was represented by the rock band Eldrine. Their song One More Day entered the top 10 and they occupied the ninth spot.
It should be noted, that the song One More Day is the first Eurovision participant song from Georgia, the audio track for which was actually recorded in Georgia, at the record company Bravo Records.
According to members of the Eurovision’s organizing committee, this track stood out with its sound and high quality of recording.
