Organized by\u00a0\u201cBravo Records\u201d, famous German organist, harpsichordist, and conductor\u00a0J\u00f6rg Halubek, professor at the Linz and Stuttgart State Universities of Music, will perform on\u00a0October 8 at 20:00\u00a0in the Grand Hall of the\u00a0Tbilisi State Conservatoire\u00a0in front of a Georgian audience. Halubek is recognized as one of the world\u2019s leading performers and researchers, having rediscovered several forgotten operas and numerous musical works from the Baroque period.\u00a0\u00a0 After winning the\u00a014th International Johann Sebastian Bach Competition in Leipzig\u00a0in 2004, Halubek launched a large-scale project titled\u00a0\u201cLandscapes of Bach\u2019s Organ Music.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0As part of this project, he traveled across German cities to study organ-building traditions, explored historic instruments from Bach\u2019s era, and examined how the cultural characteristics of these cities influenced the sound of Bach\u2019s organ music. Together with a video production team, he visited 10 German cities, performing on the very organs on which Bach composed and performed his masterpieces. This unique musical project was released as a\u00a0series of CD albumsin collaboration with the record label\u00a0\u201cBERLIN CLASSICS\u201d.<\/p>\n

During this journey, Halubek and his video team created unique\u00a0photo and 360\u00b0 VR video materials, capturing Bach\u2019s sonic world, the German cities and surroundings, churches, organs, and the environments in which Johann Sebastian Bach lived and created his timeless music.<\/p>\n

In 2007, over a period of 14 weeks, Halubek performed all of Johann Sebastian Bach\u2019s organ works. Today, he participates in Bach music festivals worldwide and performs on leading concert stages around the globe with various orchestras, both as an organist and harpsichordist. In 2008, under his leadership, the famous Baroque orchestra\u00a0IL Gusto Barocco\u00a0was established.<\/p>\n
