Mamuka is one of the best musical arrangers in Georgia and the author of many songs; among them are hits: “I don’t love you” (Ia Chantladze), “Days go by” (Achiko Meparidze – Veriko Turashvili), “So Easy” (Anano Tsavania) and many others. He has 20 years of studio work experience. In 2004, he released an album of his own songs “Calligraphy”. In the same year, one of the songs included in this album, “I’m looking for the month” (Kristine Imadedze) made it to the semi-finals of the most prestigious open competition of the song authors in the United States of America – the International Songwriting Competition. Peke is the author of many well-known song arrangements. He has composed music for many feature and documentary films, including: “37”, “1005 Days of Independence”, “Life to Life”, “Mine” and music for numerous commercials. When you ask what his hobby is, Peke will say without thinking that travelling brings the greatest pleasure for him. He admires following musicians: Miles Davis, Marcus Miller and George Duke.
